Agape Clothes Drive & Brunch

Join us for a brunch and donation drop-off. We're gathering children's clothing for the Agape Shoppe to assist foster parents throughout southwest Georgia. We welcome new clothing for boys or girls in sizes 2-10. Duffle bags are also needed to facilitate the packing of these clothes.

The event will take place at the Commodore Bed and Breakfast in Bainbridge, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. It's a wonderful chance to demonstrate the compassion of SWGA members for our community.

Skill Building will enhance and fine tune the REALTOR’S base in key areas crucial to making them an exemplary professional who can offer true knowledge and expertise to their clients and customers.

This course will ensure REALTORS use their forms correctly, understand the legal responsibilities when representing buyers and sellers, RESPA, best practices when negotiating, valuation of properties, branding, marketing, handling objections and an overall knowledge of the Code of Ethics. All the tools they need to be the best REALTOR they can be.

REALTORS will have a broader view of the importance of the spirit of cooperation when working with other REALTORS and licensees. REALTORS will also learn how to work to keep client’s interests primary and how to handle difficult situations.

Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors is partnering again this year with Bainbridge Public Safety for their “Christmas for Kids”.

We will be collecting new unwrapped toys for kids ages 4-15yrs and then meeting up December 13th for the drop off. BPS is also asking if anyone would be willing to stay until 3pm to help wrap some toys collected.
